Cary, NC - Mayor Harold Weinbrecht, Jr. presented his 19th Annual State of Cary address Friday morning to a room full of engaged citizens at the Cary Senior Center. Delivered annually by the Mayor, the State of Cary invites residents and local businesses to reflect on where Cary stands today and learn about the choices and direction shaping the Town's future.
"The State of Cary is one of the many ways we share information with our community to help residents understand where we are and where we are headed," said Mayor Weinbrecht. "Especially now, it's important to continue to be transparent, educate each other, and communicate openly. I believe in Cary, and our success has never depended on just one person, but on all of us working together to protect Cary's quality of life and long-term success."
The address highlights shared successes of the Cary community, including the town's strong economy and financial foundation, continued investments in well-maintained infrastructure, roadways, and greenways, and an ongoing commitment to creating a welcoming community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
