It was reported that Mitchell kicked a dog and the Somerville resident subsequently threatened him with a knife.

    PUTNAM AVE & WESTERN AVE
    Baltazar Barros, 58, of Dorchester was placed under arrest on a charges related to operating under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and cocaine trafficking. Officers observed Barros operating erratically and striking several vehicles, he later tried to flee. During the encounter Barros displayed multiple indicators of impairment and multiple baggies of a substance believed to be cocaine were located in the vehicle.
