RTA to make slight service adjustments beginning July 19

(DAYTON, OHIO) - The Greater Dayton RTA is making minor service adjustments beginning July 19, 2026.

The adjustments are as follows:

Route 2: Service traveling westbound will use Oxford Avenue and Philadelphia Drive before returning to its regular route. Bus stops at Seneca and Haverhill and at Haverhill and Philadelphia will be closed.

Route 9: Service traveling southbound will turn from Oxford Avenue onto Bridge Street, continue onto Riverview Avenue, and return to its regular route. The southbound stops at Oxford Avenue at Philadelphia Drive and Philadelphia Drive at Lexington Avenue will be removed. Two new stops will be added along the new route, one on Bridge Street and one on Riverview Avenue at Philadelphia Drive.

Routes 6, X6, 12, 18, 19 and 22 will also have minor time adjustments.

All adjusted route times are available to view under future schedules on RTA's website, www.iriderta.org
