The Facilities Planning and Management is accepting applications for 2026 student Summer Crew and Crew Lead positions. Members of Summer Crew assist Facilities Planning and Management in preparing residential spaces for summer and the upcoming academic year.
Visit Handshake or JobX to view the job descriptions and application instructions. Eligible applicants must be current undergraduate or graduate students who will take classes in Summer 2026 or enroll for fall 2026. Applications are due by Friday, Feb. 20.
Responsibilities include preparing rooms and common area spaces for the residential building turnover process, conducting inventory management, moving and setting up furniture, and preparing buildings for summer conference guests and fall move-in.
Additionally, Summer Crew serves as a resource for summer conference guests. They maintain a sense of hospitality for those staying at the university throughout the summer. Duties include preparing rooms, laying linens, organizing keys and staffing front desks.
