New Online Banking Service Effective June 1, 2026

Important Online Banking Information:

• Log In Information: You'll be able to log in to the new Online Banking Service via our website www.necb.com beginning June 1, 2026. You may log in by using your current Username and the Temporary Password we sent to your registered email address from our email [email protected]. Alternatively, you may log in with your current Username and select the "Forgot Password" feature to continue your initial enrollment.

• Initial login to the new Online Banking Service must be completed via https://www.necb.com (either via a desktop computer or via your mobile device)

• Existing Alerts and Transfers and any applicable ACH templates will not be transferred to the new Online Banking Service. You will need to set these up in the new system beginning 6/1/2026.

• Existing Online Bill Payment information including payees, scheduled payments, payment history, contacts and other information will be available within the new system.

• NECB Mobile App - you will need to delete your existing NECB-Mobile App and reinstall this App via your mobile device App store. (You must complete the initial enrollment as noted above prior to utilizing the Mobile App.)

• Zelle: You may re-enroll in this service beginning June 3, 2026.

If you have recently changed your phone number, please ensure you provide us with your current phone number.
