Housing and Economic Development Subcommittee Receives Analysis of San Rafael’s Anti-Displacement Policies

At the September 22nd Housing and Economic Development Subcommittee of the City Council, Community and Economic Development Department staff presented an analysis of San Rafael's existing tenant protection policies. The report analyzed the City's cause required for eviction and relocation assistance ordinances as well as other anti-displacement policies. The analysis identified policy gaps and recommended adjustments. The report is available in English here on pages 4-21 of the agenda packet and the report is available in Spanish here.
