Copy custom agents

We've introduced the ability to copy existing agents. Copying a custom agent allows you to quickly reuse its setup without starting from scratch, making it easy to create your own version of an existing agent. All active, archived, and disabled agents can be copied.

Copying an agent keeps the original agent's description, instructions, enabled tools, and scope filters. Schedules, event triggers, and recipients need to be recreated on the copied agent.

Copied agents also start off as personal agents. A copied agent can be shared from the personal agent's settings.
