New Construction Contracts Now Available

The Ohio Facilities Construction Commission is pleased to announce the release of updated State of Ohio facility contracts that are now available here.

Key Updates Effective Jan. 1, 2026:

  • Revised standard contracts for the following project delivery methods are now in effect
    • Construction Manager at Risk (CMR)
    • Design-Build (DB)
    • General Contracting (GC)
    • Multiple Prime
    • Limited Scope General Contracting (GC) contracts
  • Redlined versions highlighting all changes from the previous editions are available on the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission's Website.

We encourage all users to review these updates to familiarize themselves with the changes to the State of Ohio's standard design and construction contracts.
