2025 Top Women in Hardware & Building Supply

The annual HBSDealer Top Women in Hardware & Building Supply awards brought leaders from across the industry to Chicago to honor the exceptional women who are making a lasting impact through their leadership, innovation, and dedication.

This year, seven exceptional US LBM team members were recognized from more than 600 nominations nationwide, a true testament to the talent, commitment, and leadership within our organization.

All honorees were invited to the special 'Top Women in Hardware' event in Chicago on November 10-11. The event featured inspiring keynote speakers, engaging panel discussions, and networking opportunities that celebrated the growing influence of women across all sectors of our industry.

Business Excellence Award

This category recognizes leaders who have demonstrated achievement, growth and success in the hardware and home improvement industry, embraced education and community service, and inspired others to follow a similar path. Congratulations to the following women:
