Thirteen EBL employees receive the Chairman Award

Eastern Bank PLC (EBL) has honoured over 200 employees in recognition of their outstanding performance in 2024-25.

Among the award recipients, 13 employees received the "Chairman Award" for earning outstanding performance ratings for five consecutive years.

Anis Ahmed, chairman of the bank, presented the awards as the chief guest at the "EBL Outstanding Performers Recognition Programme" held at the bank's headquarters in Dhaka today, according to a press release.

Hassan O Rashid, chief executive officer of the bank, was also present at the award-giving ceremony, along with directors and senior officials.
