City Land Sale Approved for Morgan Park Mixed-Use Project
City Council today approved the sale of 6.5 acres of City land at 115th and Halsted streets to support the $65 million initial phase of the Morgan Park Commons mixed-use project in Morgan Park.
Valued at $695,805, the property will be sold to Far South CDC for $1.
The 13-acre project's first phase includes a pair of 35-unit mixed-income apartment buildings with ground floor retail space.
