Starting this fall, the UW-La Crosse Campus Child Center will partner with the School District of La Crosse to offer 4K programming at the center.
Members of the community who are interested in registering their child for the program can contact Campus Child Center Director Ashley Franzo ( [email protected]) for more information about enrollment.
This partnership builds on the Campus Child Center's existing relationship with the school district, which has included district staff visiting the center to provide educational services to children in the center's care.
Similar to other 4K offerings in the district, 4K programming at the Campus Child Center will prioritize hands-on, playful learning to foster learning and social and emotional development.
The 4K program at the Campus Child Center will be overseen by Jodi Strong, who currently teaches in the center's 4-year-old room.
