Celebrating Trinseo’s 2025 Triple Zero Recipients

39 teams recognized globally for achieving zero injuries, zero reportable spills, and zero process safety incidents.

Trinseo™ PLC (NYSE: TSE), a global specialty materials provider, today announced the recipients of its 2025 Triple Zero Awards, recognizing exceptional Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) performance across its global operations. This year, 39 teams - representing 1,838 employees and contractors - achieved zero recordable injuries or illnesses, zero reportable spills, and zero process safety incidents. In total, 85 percent of eligible teams earned Triple Zero recognition for 2025.

Responsible Care® for our people and our planet is a core value for Trinseo, and EH&S is central to how we operate. The company is committed to protecting its employees and communities, and to continuously improving performance toward the goal of zero injuries, spills, and process safety incidents each year.

The Triple Zero Award program highlights the dedication and discipline of manufacturing, recycling, and laboratory teams who maintained incident-free operations throughout the calendar year.

In 2025, several initiatives supported the strengthening of Trinseo's safe work culture. Notable programs included Hand Safety Month, enhanced near miss sharing and learning, and the "Safe Summer and Beyond" campaign focused on proactive hazard recognition.

"I want to congratulate the many plants and departments that achieved Triple Zero status in 2025 - a significant accomplishment that reflects our core priorities," said Melissa Kirkland, Global EH&S Director. "Providing a safe, incident free workplace is fundamental to who we are as a company, and it requires the commitment of every employee, every day."
