Willkie is advising AlixPartners on its acquisition of KSV Advisory, one of Canada's leading restructuring advisory boutiques.
On May 20, AlixPartners announced that it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire KSV Advisory. The transaction marks AlixPartners' first investment in the wider Canadian market and further strengthens its position as a global leader in the provision of Turnaround & Restructuring Services.
Willkie previously advised AlixPartners on numerous transactions, including its acquisitions of automotive consulting firm Berylls and restructuring practice THM Partners LLP.
