City of Barcelona awards Moneyhun writer’s residency
The City of Barcelona awarded creative writing professor Clyde Moneyhun a writer's residency for the month of August at the Vil•la Joana in Catalonia to translate a book of poetry by the important Catalan poet Jacint Verdaguer (1845-1902).
Moneyhun translates poetry from French, Italian and Spanish, but primiarily from Catalan with an emphasis on Catalan poetry.
