The 2026 Cooperative Technology Conference took a trip back to the future this year with the theme "I want my CTC," a play on the MTV slogan of the '80s and '90s. The three-day event started on Sept. 30 with preconference training. The conference kicked off the next day with a panel of CEOs from Indiana and Illinois followed by IT and engineering breakout sessions and a vendor showcase featuring more than 30 companies. Wrapping everything up on Friday was retired Air Force Brigadier General Mike Oster with an inspirational talk about leading with purpose and making excellence an everyday expectation.
