Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding and State Veterinarian Dr. Alex Hamberg will be joined by Santa Claus and his nine reindeer at Hersheypark for a special announcement on the reindeer team's planned flight for special deliveries throughout Pennsylvania on Christmas Eve.
