City Hall & Library Parking Lots to be Temporarily Closed for Sealcoating

Crews contracted by the City will be sealcoating the City Hall and Wheaton Public Library parking lots in the coming days, requiring temporary closures in both lots.

City Hall Parking Lot:
Weather permitting, from approximately 7 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 27 through the morning of Monday, Sept. 29, the Wheaton City Hall parking lot, located at 303 W. Wesley St., will be closed for sealcoating.

Wheaton Public Library Parking Lot:
Weather permitting, portions of the Wheaton Public Library Parking Lot, located at 225 N. Cross St., will be closed for sealcoating from Monday, Sept. 29 through Wednesday, Oct. 1. The contractor will close one portion of the lot at a time to provide some available parking spaces at all times. Barricades will show which areas are open for parking. Please note that during some work, the Scott Street and Wesley Street entrances will be temporarily closed, and all cars will need to enter from Seminary Avenue.
