Brigade Private Credit is pleased to announce the closing of senior secured credit facilities to IKI Manufacturing, Co. ("IKI" or the "Company"), a manufacturer of aerosol products. Proceeds from the transaction were used to support the acquisition of the Company by Insight Equity Holdings LLC ("Insight Equity"), a middle-market private equity firm with a 24-year track record. Brigade acted as sole lender and its affiliate is serving as Administrative Agent.
