Country Park Hosts Pow Wow September 18-20
The Guilford Native American Association will hold its 49th annual Pow Wow from September 18-20 at Country Park, 3802 Jaycee Park Dr. Tickets can be purchased at the admission gate or online (subject to processing fees online). Children age 6 and under are free, children 7-12 and adults 61 and up are $7, and attendees ages 13-60 are $10. Discounted multi-day passes are also available. Get your tickets online.
The event features hundreds of Native American dancers and drums from various tribes across the country in celebration of their rich history and culture. There will be arts and crafts, as well as food vendors. Spectators are welcome to utilize the available bleachers or bring lawn chairs and blankets. No pets allowed. Parking is free, and handicap parking is available at the arena grounds. A free shuttle will be provided from the parking area to the Pow Wow.

Friday, September 18, 5-8 pm
Saturday, September 19, 10 am to 9 pm
Sunday, September, 20, 11 and to 6 pm
