Pact is pleased to welcome Rachel Mlinarchik to the organization as Chief Development Officer. In this role, Mlinarchik will lead Pact's global development and revenue strategy-strengthening partnerships with individuals, foundations, corporations, and governments to support country-driven programs, long-term institutional partnerships, and integrated solutions across Pact's portfolio. She will oversee Pact's Business Development and Pricing teams and serve as a member of the Executive Committee.
"We are thrilled to welcome Rachel to Pact as our first Chief Development Officer," said Dennis Vega, Pact's President & CEO. "As Pact deepens our focus on durable partnerships and deepening our impact, Rachel brings the experience and leadership needed to translate our work and results into sustained investment and shared value with partners"
Mlinarchik brings nearly two decades of experience in strategic fundraising and development leadership for mission-driven organizations, with a proven track record of securing transformative gifts and driving revenue growth. She most recently served as Managing Director of Development at The German Marshall Fund of the United States. Prior to the German Marshall Fund, Mlinarchik held senior development roles at SBP, CARE, Public Citizen, American University, and American Kidney Fund.
"Throughout my career, I've been motivated by the opportunity to build partnerships that are grounded in purpose and designed for long-term impact," says Mlinarchik. "Pact's commitment to supporting locally led solutions and enduring collaboration is what drew me to the organization, and I'm excited to work with teams across the organization to expand both our reach and our results."
