Delay in Payment of PA State Grant
IUP will continue to credit the estimated amount students are due from the 2025-26 Pennsylvania State Grant on individual student accounts, but due to the delay in approval of a state budget, these funds will not be disbursed as scheduled.
If you are to receive a refund, your refund will not include funds you may be due through the Pennsylvania State Grant.
Because of this delay, you will not be charged a late fee if the amount of your Pennsylvania State Grant covers your remaining balance owed.
"Landlord letters" will continue to be provided to you.
We do not have a timeframe for distribution of these funds. As soon as information becomes available about the Pennsylvania State Grant, we will update you and post any updates on our website.
