ADA improvements along Route 72 to close the entrance to Rolla Street

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The north entrance to Rolla Street from Missouri Route 72 in Rolla is scheduled to close beginning Monday, June 15, to bring the intersection into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Construction crews working with the Missouri Department of Transportation anticipate the closure to remain in place around the clock through Monday, June 22. During the closure, motorists and pedestrians will need to use alternate routes.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.

MoDOT asks all motorists to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, obeying all traffic signs, and slowing down and moving over in work zones.
