TDK showcases factory automation, RF power and advanced power solutions at SEMICON West 2026

TDK Corporation (TSE:6762) will showcase its latest factory automation, programmable power supply and RF power technologies at SEMICON West 2026, October 13 to 15 at Moscone Center in San Francisco, California (Booth #453). Through live demonstrations and product displays, TDK and TDK-Lambda will highlight technologies designed to support advanced semiconductor manufacturing, packaging and test applications, with a focus on precision automation, reliable power delivery and RF plasma processing.

At the TDK booth, technology highlights will include:

Factory automation: TDK will feature live demonstrations of its advanced factory automation solutions for semiconductor manufacturing. Backed by more than 19 years of expertise in clean, precision load port operations across leading semiconductor fabs, TDK develops technologies designed to improve efficiency, reliability and process control in advanced manufacturing environments.

TAS 300 mm front purge load port: This high-performance load port provides particle-free operation and fast throughput using TDK's precision control technologies, supporting clean and reliable wafer handling in semiconductor manufacturing environments.

TAS PLP 650 mm: Designed for the growing panel-level packaging market, the TAS PLP 650 mm applies to TDK's clean front-end wafer handling technologies to panel handling. The system incorporates a SEMIstandard 450 table design together with TDK's standard load port and utility interface.

AFM 15 Flip Chip Gold-to-Gold Interconnect Die Bonder: The AFM 15 provides precision die-bonding capabilities for clean, lead-free back-end semiconductor assembly. Its horn capability enables handling smaller die sizes ranging from [confirm correct die-size range and units], while supporting high productivity and low cost of ownership.

RF power systems: TDK-Lambda will showcase its portfolio of advanced RF power generators and impedance matching networks for critical plasma-processing applications in semiconductor production. The RF systems support frequencies from 2 MHz to 60 MHz and power levels from 300 W to 10 kW. TDK-Lambda will also feature dual-output RF generator technology designed to simplify the user interface and reduce system space requirements.

Power supplies: TDK-Lambda will highlight advanced programmable DC power supplies and highperformance AC sources for applications across semiconductor fabrication, automotive EV and hybrid systems, battery and component testing, renewable energy, industrial equipment, test and measurement, and applied research and development

AC-DC and DC-DC converters and EMI filters: TDK-Lambda will showcase selected products from its portfolio of more than 6,000 models, including the HWS3000 Series of programmable AC-DC power supplies. Delivering up to 3,000 W with single- or three-phase input and SEMI-F47 compliance, the HWS3000 Series is available with nominal output voltages of 24 V, 48 V, 60 V and 130 V. The series provides efficiencies of up to 93%, supports series and parallel operation and is backed by a seven-year warranty.

Advanced programmable DC power supplies and high-performance AC sources: TDK-Lambda's programmable power portfolio includes the GENESYS Series from 750 W to 15 kW, the GENESYS+ Series from 1 kW to 22.5 kW and GENESYS+ rack DC systems from 30 kW to 90 kW. TDK-Lambda will also showcase GENESYS AC programmable power sources, including systems rated at 2 kVA/3 kVA and 6 kVA/9 kVA.
