Highlighting Missouri’s Pork Industry at the Missouri Pork Expo

2026 Expo features largest swine-specific trade show and educational sessions at the Lake.

Osage Beach, Mo., - The Missouri Pork Association is pleased to announce the 2026 Missouri Pork Expo, the state's premier pork-industry event, scheduled for February 17-18, 2026, at the Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake of the Ozarks in Osage Beach, Missouri. Producers, exhibitors, industry partners, and agribusiness professionals from across the region are invited to join in for two days of education, networking, and industry celebration.

The Expo will kick off on Tuesday, February 17, with registration opening at 8:30 a.m., followed by a full schedule of educational sessions, panel discussions and activities designed to provide practical insights into today's pork production challenges and opportunities. Highlights include university-led hot topic sessions, national industry updates, and the FFA Pork Speaking Contest Finals. A trade show and hospitality events will run throughout the day, capped by the Pork Industry Banquet and Fundraising Auction that evening.

On Wednesday, February 18, attendees will gather for the Pork Leadership Breakfast, featuring keynote speaker Jim Wiesemeyer, Washington consultant and host of Wiesemeyer's Perspectives, followed by the Missouri Pork Association Board of Directors meeting open to all producers.

Producers and pork-industry suppliers are encouraged to register early. Exhibitor booth spaces are available, and non-exhibiting supplier registrations are also offered. Lunch, networking functions, and special event tickets can be reserved during registration.
