Community Health Centers provide quality primary and preventive care to anyone who walks through the door.

New York State has almost 900 CHC sites statewide, all located in neighborhoods that might not otherwise have a doctor or dentist.

CHCs are a "one-stop shop" for healthcare. In addition to primary care, CHCs offer dental, vision, behavioral health, and substance use services, and have special staff dedicated to caring for kids and pregnant women - making it simple for patients to access the care they need - all in one place.
