On December 22, 2025, the Tennessee Valley Authority ("TVA") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K reporting that on December 18, 2025, the United States Senate confirmed the nominations of Mitch Graves, Jeff Hagood, Randall Jones, and Arthur Graham to serve on the TVA Board of Directors (the "Board"). TVA hereby makes this Amendment No. 1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K to report that on January 16, 2026, the Board approved the following Board committee assignments:
