EUAM RCA Hosts Working Session on the Draft Framework Law for Internal Security

EUAM RCA was pleased to host the 10th meeting of the Interministerial Working Group focal points responsible for drafting the Framework Law on the organisation of the Internal Security System of the Central African Republic. This session enabled participants to review and discuss the amendments submitted by the Ministry of Defence and Army Reconstruction and the Ministry of Interior and Public Security, and to examine the updated version presented by the MRSS. The constructive exchange of views reflects the strong national ownership driving this essential legislative process.

Supporting this work is a key priority for EUAM RCA. By providing technical expertise, a neutral platform for dialogue, and continuous guidance, the Mission helps its Central African partners strengthen the governance, coherence, and effectiveness of the Internal Security System.
