Head of the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare Anna Popova Popova AnnaHead of the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor) will report to the President on the development and modernisation of Rospotrebnadzor infrastructure and on the implementation of the Sanitary Shield federal project created at the President's instruction. The project was launched in 2021 to reinforce the epidemic prevention and biological hazard response system.
