INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Nigel A. Reeks (41) of Whitehall, New York, for Burglary in the 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony and Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor after an investigation into a Burglary that occurred in the Town of Granville in December of 2023.
DNA Evidence left at the scene tied Reeks to the crime.
Reeks was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment and is being held for arraignment at Washington County Court. Reeks is currently supervised by the New York State DOCCS.
