Federal Shutdown
HACLA is closely monitoring the federal funding negotiations in Congress as the fiscal year ends on September 30, 2025. If a new budget is not passed, the federal government will shut down.
At this time, HACLA offices remain open with no interruption to operations or services.
We have also been reassured that Section 8 assistance will continue as scheduled at least through mid-November 2025. We will provide relevant updates throughout the funding negotiations.
