Marin County - Caltrans has scheduled closing the Southbound US-101 to Eastbound State Route 37 (SR-37) connector ramp and the Eastbound SR-37 to Marsh Drive off-ramp as part of the SR-37 Capital Preventive Maintenance Project in Novato.
Closures are from Monday, May 4 through Friday, May 8 from 3 a.m. to 11 a.m. each day for curb demolition and installation.
Drivers should continue Southbound on US-101, take the Bel Marin Keys Boulevard exit and then re-enter Northbound US-101 to reach Eastbound SR-37.
Drivers should proceed to Atherton Avenue and turn back onto Westbound SR-37 to reach the Marsh Drive/Hanna Ranch Road exit.
Changeable Message Signs (CMS) will be active to alert drivers about the closures.
All construction Is weather dependent.
This capital maintenance pavement rehabilitation project involves paving and median barrier work in Novato. The project grinded and re-paved the roadway between the Ignacio overhead to the Petaluma River Bridge - a stretch of about three miles.
