Honigman Continues to Expand Israeli Office with Addition of Eleventh Attorney

DETROIT- Honigman LLP announced today that Aaron R. Katz joined the firm as a corporate associate in its Israeli subsidiary, Honigman Law Israel (HLI). Katz, who joins from Greenberg Traurig, is the eleventh attorney to join HLI, a group of highly-skilled and exceptionally credentialed U.S. - licensed attorneys who continue to practice sophisticated U.S. transactional and specialist work from Israel.

Katz focuses his practice on providing counsel to venture capital funds and VC-backed emerging companies in connection with their fundraising, governance, and investment activities. His clients have spanned several industries including automotive, e-commerce, healthcare, IT, telecommunications, and travel. Katz also represents buyers and sellers in cross-border transactions, including Brazil, Canada, China, France, Israel, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude,from Yeshiva University.
