Lane closure
The Contractor for Emerald Lake development ( Cypress Gulf) construction will be performing Utility construction.
They have will have channelizing devices accordingly for Lane Detour/ shift operations.
The road/ lane closure will be at the following Location date and time:
Cogan Drive will have a lane closure (102-603) from the intersection of Paigo Street SE to the intersection of Reading Street;10/27/25 9 AM - 11/7/25 3:30 PM
The work will require temporary road lane closure with detour.
Please use caution in these areas and plan your travels accordingly.
