The Cadillac Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at the Cadillac Administrative Office, 200 North Lake Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601 for the receipt of comment on an application filed by Megan & Joe Santangelo owners of 207 Petrie Rd. The applicant is requesting a variance to expand two non-conformities, extending the current side yard setback an additional 6 feet and increasing the lot coverage. Section 46-629 of the Cadillac Zoning Ordinance requires a side yard setback of least yard 10, total of both 25 ft, and maximum percentage of lot coverage of 30%. Written comments must be received at the Cadillac Administrative Offices no later than 5:00 p.m. of the public hearing date to be included in the public hearing record.
