The British are Coming to the New Brunswick Free Public Library

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ (April 25, 2026) - Once again, history comes to life at the New Brunswick Free Public Library, 60 Livingston Ave., on Saturday, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. with a unique presentation titled "The British are Coming!" While history often focuses on the perspective of American patriots, this interactive program offers a rare look at the American Revolutionary War through the eyes of the British soldiers who fought on foreign soil.

Attendees will meet reenactors outfitted in authentic British uniforms as they share their personal stories and firsthand experiences of the conflict. This event will allow the audience to engage directly with the presenters during a question-and-answer session. It is a perfect opportunity for history buffs of all ages to explore a different side of the war for independence.
