JENSEN BEACH, Florida, October 28, 2026 - STS Aviation Group, a global provider of aircraft maintenance, engineering, material support and workforce management solutions, today announced a new OEM distribution partnership between its material services division and Growth Industries, a U.S.-based manufacturer of FAA-approved replacement parts for commercial aircraft.
The agreement expands STS Aviation Group's OEM distribution portfolio, connecting its global customer base with Growth Industries' extensive catalog of FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) components. With more than 3,000 approved parts spanning 13 ATA chapters, Growth Industries brings decades of manufacturing expertise and a proven record of supporting commercial aviation operators.
Growth Industries specializes in landing gear components, including bushings, sleeves, bearings, races, bearing carriers and related hardware. Its broader product portfolio supports a range of aircraft systems, with applications across Boeing 717, 727, 737, 747, 757, 767 and 777 aircraft, as well as the McDonnell Douglas MD-11 and MD-80 platforms.
For STS Aviation Group, the partnership addresses an important need in the aviation aftermarket: reliable access to approved replacement components for both current and aging aircraft fleets.
"Our customers depend on us to deliver the right parts when they need them," said Tim Russo, president of STS Aviation Group's material services division. "Growth Industries brings more than 60 years of manufacturing experience and a deep portfolio of high-usage components. This partnership strengthens our ability to support operators with the parts, service and responsiveness their maintenance programs demand."
Founded in 1965, Growth Industries received its first FAA-PMA approval in 1975. The company has since built an extensive manufacturing operation supporting airlines, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) providers and other aviation customers. Its capabilities include precision machining, engineering, fabrication and custom component manufacturing, backed by established quality control and documentation processes.
The new agreement brings those manufacturing capabilities together with STS Aviation Group's global sales network, inventory management expertise and aftermarket support programs.
As aircraft operators continue to manage increasingly complex maintenance requirements, the partnership gives STS Aviation Group's material services division another opportunity to strengthen material availability, broaden its OEM distribution offering and provide customers with practical solutions that support long-term fleet operations.
