The City of Southfield Parks & Recreation Department will host Pinktober Fest on Sunday, October 12, from 2-4 p.m. in Southfield Parks & Recreation Building Room 115, 26000 Evergreen Road.
This special community event is dedicated to raising awareness, honoring survivors, and empowering residents in the fight against breast cancer. The highlight of the event will be a pre-recorded presentation by Karmanos Cancer Institute, offering valuable information on breast cancer prevention and early detection. The program will feature real and honest conversations, survivor stories, and will conclude with a live Q&A session where attendees can engage directly with Karmanos representatives.
