AI's Impact on Valuing Companies, Valuation in LMEs, Music Performance Rights in Valuation and More to be Discussed at the VALCON 2026 Conference

Alexandria, Va. - Leading bankruptcy professionals and dealmakers will converge at the VALCON 2026 conference, taking place May 4-6 at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans in New Orleans. Co-sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors, the conference will provide attendees with advanced discussions and fresh perspectives on timely business valuation topics to help them navigate the shifting landscape of valuation in bankruptcy. Expert-led sessions will examine liability-management exercises, AI's impact on valuing companies, music and performance rights in valuation, leasebacks and more. A special breakfast on the last day of the conference will feature a panel discussion with the judges in attendance. The co-chairs of VALCON 2026 are Pauline Chow of Birch Lake Holdings, LP (Chicago), David M. Hillman of Proskauer (New York) and Adam B. Keil of Moelis & Company (New York).
