40 years

What 3 words can you use to describe FSU?

Great work environment!

List any professional or personal accomplishments we can celebrate with you.

I was a Flintstone Volunteer Fire Company member and Officer for over 50 years. I was also on the Maryland Farm Bureau Executive Board of Directors and was the Secretary/Treasurer of the Western Maryland Labor Counsel.

What do you do for fun or keeps you busy in retirement?

I enjoy farming and watching my grandkids play sports.

What was your favorite thing about working at Frostburg State University?

The people and the union that works for the people.

Do you stay connected to other retirees and/or current faculty and staff?

YES! Several of them.

What advice would you give to current students?

Make sure the education you receive will pay off with a good job in that field of study.
