"Closing our sixth securitization of 2026 and our 34th platform transaction reflects the continued growth and development of our securitization platform," said Victor Kuznetsov, Co-Founder and Managing Director at Imperial Fund Asset Management. "Just as importantly, we continue to broaden our investor base, with 19 investors participating in an ADMT issuance for the first time in 2026 year to date. This already exceeds the number of new investors added in each of the prior two full years. We believe this expanding participation further supports the depth and liquidity of the ADMT and IMPRL shelves."
