Plexus Corp. Commits $1 Million to Local Tornado Relief Efforts

Headquartered in Neenah, Wisconsin, Global Company Reaffirms Dedication to Community with Multi-Year Relief Pledge

NEENAH, WI, August 11, 2026 - Plexus Corp. (NASDAQ: PLXS) today announced a $1 million commitment dedicated to supporting tornado relief and recovery efforts across Menasha and surrounding Fox Cities communities in Wisconsin. Administered through the Plexus Community Foundation (PCF), the multi-year pledge will be distributed across calendar years 2026 and 2027 to support both immediate aid and sustained long-term recovery for affected local families and infrastructure.

This commitment directly aligns with Plexus' vision to help build a better world-a purpose that extends beyond the products it designs, manufactures and services to actively support the communities where its team members live and work.

In addition to community funding, Plexus is providing resources and support to team members directly impacted by the storm. To complement these financial contributions, Plexus team members have also been actively participating in volunteer efforts on the ground.
