Call for Applications: Join the next cohort of the Health Sciences Senior Leadership Academy

On behalf of the UT Health Science Center's Executive Leadership Team, we are excited to announce that the Health Sciences Senior Leadership Academy (HSSLA) is now accepting applications for its 2026 cohort!

The Academy supports the professional and personal development of UT Health Sciences' current and emerging senior faculty and staff leaders who represent the statewide academic and administrative units of the university. Participants will learn about our institution's operations and leadership, refine and enhance their leadership skills, and engage with key leaders representing different perspectives across core institutional areas.

No more than 15 to 20 individuals will be selected to participate in this second cohort that takes place from January through May, 2026 with 1) monthly all-participant sessions, 2) monthly small group sessions, and 3) monthly individual meetings with an executive leader.
