Road Closure – Felland Road and Blissful Avenue intersection

Starting Thursday, August 6, Capitol Underground will close a section of Felland Road at Blissful Avenue. The full closure of the intersection is part of a Veridian private development project that includes underground sewer work, electrical work, and the addition of turn lanes on Felland Road. The intersection is anticipated to reopen by Monday, September 14.

  • Local traffic can access Blissful Avenue via Divine Street.
  • Message boards will be present on Felland Road at Lien Road and CTH T to remind drivers of the closure.
  • A detour will be signed to direct motorists around the closure.
