Senator Warren Statement on June 2026 CPI

Washington, D.C. - United States Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Ranking Member of the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee released the following statement:

"Inflation continues to be too high as families pay the price for Donald Trump's failed economic agenda. Annual inflation has kept real wages from growing for the third consecutive month. Prices rose in June for food and utilities, and consumers and businesses expect inflation to climb even higher still. Instead of lowering costs, Donald Trump is doubling down on his illegal war in Iran."
