Loudoun County Encourages Public Participation in Hearings on Golden to Mars Transmission Lines

The State Corporation Commission (SCC) has scheduled public hearings on a proposal by Dominion Energy to build electric transmission facilities in eastern Loudoun that include the 500- and 230-kilovolt Golden to Mars transmission lines and the 230-kilovolt Lockridge and Sojourner loops.

Loudoun County encourages members of the community who wish to provide input on the project to participate in the public process.
