The Board of Directors of Entravision Communications Corporation appointed Michael Christenson as Chair of the Board on July 16, 2026. Mr. Christenson will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer.
Paul Zevnik resigned as Board Chair in connection with Mr. Christenson's appointment. He will continue to serve as lead independent director.
