Retractable Technologies, Inc. (RTI), a Texas-based manufacturer of syringes and safety medical devices, was honored to host U.S. Rep. Brandon Gill and his Outreach Director Mitch Kipp, Texas Sen. Brent Hagenbuch and his District Coordinator Tonya Morris, Texas Rep. Richard Hayes and his District Director Deon Starnes, at its Little Elm facility.
During the visit, RTI highlighted its mission to protect healthcare workers, strengthen the U.S. supply chain, and support Texas jobs through domestic manufacturing. Company leaders showcased the investments made jointly by RTI and the federal government-more than $138 million since the COVID-19 pandemic-to expand domestic production and ensure American readiness for future public health needs.
"Bringing federal and state leaders together under one roof is a powerful reminder of how policy and industry can work hand in hand," said CEO Thomas Shaw. "We are proud to demonstrate that innovation and job creation are happening right here in Texas."
RTI remains committed to advancing Texas innovation, American readiness, and ensuring critical medical devices are made in the USA.
