Press Release | Jan 14, 2026Honigman Represents PPC Flex in Acquisition of SÜDPACK's US Operations

Honigman recently advised PPC Flex, a leader in printing and converting flexible films, pouches, and other innovative packaging solutions sponsored by private equity firm GTCR, as it acquired the United States operations of SÜDPACK, a manufacturer of high-performance films and packaging solutions for the food, non-food, medical, and pharmaceutical industries and of customer-specific compounds for technically demanding applications.

The acquisition will strengthen PPC Flex's production capabilities, especially when it comes to flexographic printing and conversion and cold seal technology. It will also open access to key customer segments while expanding PPC's technical solutions, product and service offerings, and additional capabilities.
