习近平主席特使、水利部部长李国英出席玻利维亚新总统就职仪式（2025-11-09）

当地时间2025年11月8日，应多民族玻利维亚国政府邀请，国家主席习近平特使、水利部部长李国英在玻利维亚首都拉巴斯出席玻新总统帕斯就职仪式。同日，帕斯同李国英特使举行双边会见。

李国英向帕斯转达了习近平主席的亲切问候和良好祝愿。李国英表示，中国和玻利维亚是好朋友、好伙伴。建交40年来，中玻关系历经风云变幻考验，始终保持良好发展势头。中方高度重视中玻关系，愿同玻新一届政府携手努力，共同推动中玻战略伙伴关系再上新台阶，更好造福两国人民。

帕斯请李国英转达他对习近平主席的诚挚问候和良好祝愿，衷心感谢习近平主席派特使出席其就职仪式。帕斯表示，玻方高度重视发展对华关系，玻方坚定恪守一个中国原则，期待同中方深化各领域合作，共同推动两国关系向前发展。
